A light yellow beer with a small disappearing white head. The aroma is sour. The flavor is sour with hints of hops and a dry end. The sourness must come from brewing cereal.

From 35.5 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is chemical, slight malty. Flavour is watery malty with a mild spice note. Finish is watery, very bland.

Bottled (thanks to my mom & dad for bringing me this from their GTM trip). Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is a bit eggy, grainy, mildly maizelike as well. Flavour is hay, grass, some mild maize as well. Not too much bitterness to be found. Quite vegetably finish.

Bottled. Very pale yellow. Light glue aroma. Thin but soft with a surprising hint of grassy hops.

Very pale yellow; grassy aroma with some sour pear, and hay; very light body, overcarbonated, slightly soapy texture to the thin head; no malt at all, and only a hint of grassy hoppiness; some plastic undertones; harsh chemical aftertaste. Normally this brewery’s beers are at least clean, so this is definitely sub-par by Guatemalan standards.

(12oz bottle, thanks(?) Peregrinari) White head atop crystal clear pear juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, corn, peach syrup, light cereal. Taste is moderately sweet, peach syrup, corn, light cereal, sourness. Light body, some graininess. Mostly inoffensive.
