Milk Chocolate Stout
Decadent and complex while remaining wholly refreshing and drinkable. This Stout is brewed with Milk Sugars and Chocolate to give rich flavours and body that goes down smooth.
Taste of Chocolate and smooth mouthfeel, due to the additions of Dark Chocolate and Milk Sugars (Lactose) respectively. While dark, rich and decadent this beer finds balance and subtlety in its lightness and drinkability. Great for matching with sweeter dishes and intense desserts.
Speciality Malts - Oats, Munich, Chocolate, Crystal, Roast Barley
Hops (32 IBU) - Magnum, Cascade

On tap, the beer market, Dublin. Pours in black body with creamy tan head, long lacing. Aroma has chocolate notes, little bit roasty, floral. Taste has chocolate sweetness upfront, roasty touches, finish is sweet as well. Body is medium-low, little bit watery but with soft carbonation.

Keg. Pours dark brown/black with tiny mocha head. Aroma of chocolate milk, oats and coffee. Taste is sweet chocolate milk with light filter coffee style bitterness to finish. Really enjoyed this - would be even better if it was a bit thicker.

On tap @ Black Heart, London - UK. Color: dark black beer with no carbonation and small brown head. Smell: sweet caramel malt. Sweet domination and small milky finish. Taste: medium body with caramel and sweet malt taste. Sweet and candy notes. Lactic presence. Easy drinkable but too sweet for me. Good beer. Aftertaste: caramel malt and sweet.
