COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting new style of beer that we call Irish Pale Ale. This delicious beer is pale in colour, has a full well balanced hop flavour and aroma, a good foamy head, a carbonation level similar to standard lagers. Now you can, of course, make it as complicated as you like by adding various chemicals and preservatives to the beer so that it ferments and matures faster, has a longer shelf life and is cheaper to produce. However, as a small independent craft brewery, we believe in using traditional techniques and think that only the four basic ingredients of beer should be used to produce this wonderful, thirst quenching, “magic potion”. All we want to do is produce a pure and natural beer for the Galway market. Nothing more.

Clear deep golden color with a nice off white head. Looks nice. Toffee dominant. Hoppy, fruity and herbal. Medium body and an ok carbonation. Tad sweet and an ok bitterness. Well I would prefer some more bitterness to match the toffee. Any way quite fresh and easy drinkable ale.
[Bottle from an Off License in Dublin, Ireland]

Decent Pale Ale which kind of drinks and tastes like a regular Pale Ale. I certainly missed the hoppyness of other American Pale Ale’s.

Keg in the Vat Bar in Dublin. Straw coloured with a decent white foamy head. The taste is light spice and crisp citrus. Refreshing. OK.

Golden pour at O'Niells in Dublin. White foamy head. Wheat German lager aroma. Taste is like Heineken I think. A little more hoppy. Ok beer

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tempo. Thanks Tom L. Clear gold with a white ring. Sweet, a little fruity, old hops aroma, bitter taste, a little biscuity, old hops again. Light body, bitter and slightly malty finish.

Tap at JJ Harlows, Roscommon, 26th July 15. Pours light amber, aroma caramel, slight citrus, metallic. Taste is OK, but finishes with an odd flavour. Not great
