Bottle (purchased at Tesco’s Tetschen-Bodenbach):Deep golden, small, but quite persistent white head; light pale-malty nose with an even fainter peppery hoppy touch and a tinge of butter; mild sweet-bitter flavour, subtle malty base detectable, light bodied; slightly lingering buttery and sweet-bitter finish. So far the best Gambač and compared to the 10° and 12° a real gem..............

Barva zlatá, pěna bílá, středně hustá, držící. Vůně sladová. Chuť: středně hořká, chmelový dozvuk. Standardní europivo. Ovšem ve srovnání s Gambáčem 10 je to zázrak....

Not bad, but not to good at all Czech pilsener. Taste is bitter and it leaves that bitter in mouth for long. Head is white, there’s much foam maybe because beer is well carbonated, foam stay for 2,5 to 3 minutes. Colour is something between gold and dark-gold. A medium Czech beer, but not a revelation.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2012 0,5l bottle from Prague. Clear dark golden color with white head. Malty bread and hay aroma with some hop. The aroma reminds me to a smooth smoky whisky. Light herbal odor. Medium bitter taste. Light body with average carbonation and slick texture. Bitter finish. It’s a good every-day beer.

Könnyed 11-es cseh világos. Semmi kiemelkedőt nem hoz, de finoman száraz és kellemesen komlós íze és kenyérszerű utóíze van. Nagyon könnyen pusztítható, egyszerű ivósör.

Golden coloured and clear. Has a white head, fully lasting. Malty aroma, notes of cooked vegetables. Flavor is sweet, moderate bitter finish. Dry texture and lively carbonation.
