(bottle) Clear, dark brown colour with a medium-sized tanned foamy head. Sweet and slightly roasted malt aroma with light herbal hoppy notes. Sugary sweet flavour, medium bodied, well-carbonated mouthfeel. Dark malt-character, moderately roasted and molassy taste with a tinge of raisins; sweet malty finish with a light note of bitterness. Fairly balanced Bock, just a tad too sweet (16.05.07).

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Burgundy with a golden foam. Sugary aromatic nose. Fairly sweet molassis base, a bit licorice and roast, nutty finish. Medium to light body, unobstrusive slick mouthfeel.

Bottle: Dark-malty , sweetish, a bit roasted, a bit alcoholic nose, slowly collapsing, then stable off-white head, amber coloured; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; some dry malty bitterness, sticking to the tongue, rounds the sweetish-malty finish. O.K., quite well balanced BOck.........
