Bottle: Fluffy off-white head, deep amber coloured with reddish tints; delicate aroma of sweet and slightly toasted malt, a bit caramelly; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; dryish bitter-sweet, a bit fruity finish. Not bad, a good, average Dunkel......

Red-brown color, thin, medium stable crown. Slightly acidic, somewhat lax. The departure of some malty. Average dark without a profile.

(bottle) Clear, dark brown colour with a fluffy off-white foamy head. Slightly dusty and sweet malty, slightly toasted aroma with a soft grainy touch and shades of herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour with a light malty sweetness, light to medium bodied, medium, slightly crispy carbonation. Toast-malty taste with notes of caramel and a tinge of cacao; quite dry and bitter, moderately hoppy finish. A decent Dunkel (16.05.07).

Bottle - thanks pivnizub. Salty, light roasted and aromatic nose. Orange brown, huge golden lacing foam. Metalic roast base, light body,flat mouthfeel. Quick ashen aftertaste.
