Bottle: "dirty" golden coloured, creamy white head, sticking to the glass; distinctive citrus-fruit and bananas in the nose; moderate sweetish-bitter (!) flavour, light bodied; light citrousy acidity in the moderate sweet-bitter (again !) finish. A pleasant, well balanced, slightly "hoppy" Weizen..........

It looks amazing in a glass of yellow, no orange tones in the color. The crown is creamy and stable, the smell is sweet yeasty. Toward the end, it will be a little sour, which is not so great. Overall, only an average wheat! As bright yeast it does not convince me.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and dense, quite persistent foamy white head. Sweet and slightly sour aroma with ripe citrus-fruits, banana and a good wheat-character and restrained phenols. Light-sweet, slightly tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate, still refreshing carbonation and a slightly viscid mouthfeel. Wheaty, moderately yeasty taste with banana and a touch of vanilla towards the, slightly tart, yeasty- and even a bit hop-bitter finish.
