May 5, 2003 A deep red beer with a fine but fast disappearing head. The aroma is sweet and fruity. The flavor is very sweet, slightly smoked and somewhat thin for a dark lager. It ends on an OK bitterness. Nothing special.

May 23, 2003 Dark brown. Burnt nose. Some flavor of coffee with slight artificial taste. A little acidic.

Nov 1, 2003 Dark amber color, with a nice head. Nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is roasted, some cocoa. Has a smokey flavor, some cocoa. A really nice one.
