Clear gold with a white head. Sweet grainy malt, and light grassy hops flavor. Light body, soft carbonation.

Bottle best by March 2015. Clear gold with a foamy white head. Hoppy aroma shows well German noble hops as citric lemon, white pepper, faint flowers. Strong calcium mineral content shows in the nose more than the Pilsner malt. Medium-light body, semi-sweet approach turning sweeter in the finish, resembling saccharine with an aspartame twang. Bitterness is medium-low, body is watery and thin and the unpleasant saccharine note grows in the finish. Smells and looks okay, but flavor balance is off.

My Bottom Line:
Herbal hops and straw-like cereals are met by sulfur before leaving an impression of emptiness on the palate.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A fluffy cloud of foam covers the blond clarity.
-The flavor profile is balanced.
-Everything is as soft as can be.
-Drinkability is very high, but the end product is rather unmemorable.

Geruch hopfig, getreidig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig, grasig, lang anhaltende Bitterkeit.

Golden pour with medium sized white head. Fruity aroma with thin notes of cardboard and floral grass. Medium bodied. Flavor is fruity also with hopped tones, lemon and grass also here.

Bottle. Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (flowers), with a note of DMS. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation. Not very clean or interesting.
