From Backlog, 1.5L bottle my dad got for selling Ganda Ham in his butcher store.

Head: White, medium, foamy
Smell: hops, malts, pretty spicey, bit sweet/sugary, alcohol
Taste: alcohol warming up your mouth , spices and herbs hit in too , bit of sweet malts, slight hops, yeasty dry end , nice tripel !

Very nice tripel beer. Had it with a platter of peppered Ganda ham. Very awesome.

Very good, dense, light-yellow head over hazy, lively carbonated yellow beer. White candi sugar, alcohol and pale malt aromas, spicy-dry. Toasted, pretty dry flavour, and again, a kick-*ss dose of ethanol. Finish, certainly warming up, gets significantly sweeter. Very carbonated MF, slick, alcoholwarming and at least medium bodied. Typical strong VS ale. I suppose it would work well indeed, with the dried ham.
