Light Amber colour with no great head. Aroma has notes of citrus and orange. Full body, flavours of biscuit and fruit with a medium sweet finish.

It’s hazy bronze with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, light fruit and the same notes are found in the moderately sweet flavor, that has a dry finish - it’s very harmonic.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and grain as well as a touch of honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and grain, as well as a touch of metal.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Clear, deep golden with an off-white head. Very clean, malty nose. Medium body with a solid and clean malt base, lightly sweet with a floral touch. Very subdued bitterness. Nice. 260208

[Bottle, Tasting @ Papsoe] Hazy deep golden with tiny white head. Sweet malty and slightly grassy aroma. Sweet flavor with cardboard, caramel and fruity notes. Ends light bitter.

50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with a lacing white head. Light grainy and malty aroma, dusty. Dry, bitter and grainy. Light corn and bitter finish.

Bottle: Lively carbonation, deep golden coloured, small, very slowly diminishing white head, sweet-malty, slightly bisquity nose with a good dash of aromatic hops; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; moderate bitter-sweet finish with a tinge of bitter burnt malt in the aftertaste. Good beer, well crafted

(bottle) Clear, light amber colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet cara-malty, minimal fruity nose with a whiff of hops in the background. Medium-sweet flavour, quite slim bodied mouthfeel with a soft carbonation; malty, slightly toasty and a bit one-dimensional taste; medium-dry, malt-accented finish. Compared to the Helles the Festbier is rather bland.
