Draft: Hazy, light amber coloured, small off-white head ; average yeasty-grainy nose with a pretty small amount of hops;; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, not too soft; lingering drier bitter-sweet finish. Well drinkable very franconian Bier…
Earlier Rating: 2/9/2008 Total Score: 3.8
Bügelverschlußflasche (purchased at the brewery): Unclear, orangey coloured, lively carbonation, big, extremely persistent off-white creamy head; bisquits, sweet malt and herbal aromatic hops in the aroma; soft, but solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; bisquity-malty finish with a lingering soft hoppy "tail". Great franconian stuff.......

My Bottom Line:
Fruity, herbal hops carefully alight atop smooth cereals in this relaxing Kellerbier.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the amber-hued golden.
-Mouthfeel is cushy, leading to effortless drinking.
-Cereals offer up a little dough, but not much more in the way of flavor.
-The orange-y fruitiness is there, but very polite.
-This may not be all that compelling, but it is faultless, highly refreshing and enjoyable.

On tap at Ma Che Siete, Roma.
Earlier Rating: 7/18/2014 Total Score: 3.9
My Bottom Line:
This airy Kellerbier ably balances herbal hops and delicate cereals in a slender, friendly mouthfeel.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the misty pale orange.
-This is süffig all the way. Your pint is finished and you are ready for a new one right away, just to keep the flavour going.
-Hops also offer fruity (oranges?) tips.
-This is not that memorable, but it remains a very enjoyable example.

On tap at Ma Che Siete, Roma.

07/04/2014 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Dorata viva, limpida, schiuma bianca molto abbondante e persistente. Al naso sentori di crosta di pane, latte, biscotto, fresca e invitante. In bocca è squisita, leggerissima, asciutta e pulita, pane, malto, lieviti, grande beva, ottima sostanza. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Gran bella bevuta!
