(swing top bottle) Hazy, orange-amber colour with a big and lacing off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet, strawy cara-malty nose with a fruity tinge and a slightly spicy and almost nettle-like hoppy touch. Sweet flavour with light hints of bitterness, light to medium bodied with a pleasant and soft carbonation on the palate. Cara-malty, minimally yeasty taste, faintly fruity taste with light herbal notes; medium-dry, sweet-bitter finish with a lightly herbal and spicy hops-character.

Bottled. Pours out in a clear pale amber colour with a rich and really lively foam. Buttery malty aroma with notes of freshly cut grass and crackers. Malty buttery and nutty firm flavour with fresh minerally and grassy undertones. Solid body. Grassy and mild peppery finish with biscuity undertones. Pretty nice one!

UPDATED: JUL 9, 2007 Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy pale amber. Heavily grassy nose. Malt sweet and medium bodied. Chewy ultra soft malt, the grassy hops dry out the beer, but doesn’t create much bitterness. Hugely drinkable.
