4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at RateBeer Best. It pours a golden color with an off white head. The aroma is strong with fresh baked bread, bread crust and minor notes of floral noble hops. Great complex pale malt notes. The flavor is intensely malty and dry with some bread, toast, bread crusts, light baking yeast and some spicy, floral hops that make for a strongly bittered finish. So well balanced, dry and drinkable. A real outlier against all the trendy beers at this festival, but it stood out because of that. I could drink this all day.

Draft. Straw beer with a whitish head. Bready sweet malt aroma with light grassiness. Creamy malt flavor with light breadiness, grass, and light floral notes. Medium bodied. Light sweet bready malt lingers with light backing hops and light grass. Very nice.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sample at the RateBeer Best festival 2015. Sadly I was dragged there by @@ron while asking who the hell Gahstaller is anyway? Pours hazy straw, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is bready, grass, floral notes, grain. Flavor is light sweet and medium bitter, lots of grassy floral hop presence along with bready grainy malts. Lightish body with a soft mouthfeel. A bit more bitter than my ideal, but a strong offering nonetheless, and a fitting end to a great evening.

4.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Draught @ Akkurat. Pours orange with a big white head. This beer is just great! Its has a very fruity base... apricots, orange. The malts taste like cereal. The hops are flowery and herbal. Bitter and slightly spiced/smoked finish. Quite dry in aftertaste. Everything is in perfect balance!

Draught @ HBF’13
Aroma has soapy citrus and some grain. Feels like a witbier. Flavour has some citrus, hay and wheat. A bit sticky but refreshing still, a kellerbier on the wit side. Reminds me of Hopfenpflücker.
