My Bottom Line:
Rosemary and aniseed-like herbaceousness pierce this brew’s cushy pale maltiness, delivering a memorable pint.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A cloud of foam floats atop the clear blond.
-Take their Zwickl Pils, take away the hops and replace them by myrrh (same medium intensity too). That what this beer smells and tastes like.
-The finish is a bit bitter and mostly spicy.
-While this is a fun experiment, I’d still drink their Zwickl Pils 10 times out of 10 instead of this one.

On tap at Ma Che Siete, Roma.

Great brew ( again ) from ganstaller .. The aroma it’s a bit malty / grain with a weak hippiness at the beginning that develops at the end with herbs and resin, very intense myhrrr flavour that gives to the beer this sweet taste and a very fresh palate .. A easy drinking beer with this touch of bizarre flavour that makes it a must to try !

Provata ad Alassio da e’ Clay e al Whynot! Un’altra ottima prova di andreas gänstaller sia un grande mastro birraio! La mirra dona alla birra una nota di freschezza al palato! Ottima!

Draught @ Akkurat. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Very fresh and interesting aroma with notes of grass, citrus and mild spices. Fresh taste with a smooth maltiness, a small mineral note and fruity notes of grass and orange. Small herbal notes in aftertaste. There is also a certain "natural" flowery sweetness.
