On tap at Ganter. Very cloudy yellow color. Aroma: clean, malt, some citrus, some hay. Taste: tasty and fresh lager/kellerbier with a good bitterness. Not complex, but tasty and thirst quenching, exactly what it’s supposed to be.

Courtesy of Jaghana. Nez peau de citron savonneux, note legumes. Gout citronné, note levures astringentes, voir gout poussiéreux.... Corps moyen. Vraiment pas une bière a mon gout.......

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy yellow beer with low head. Nose is floral and green vegetable like. Aroma is on vegetables, quite astringent, some lemonic background, dry grapefruit notes, very bitter, some citra in that ? Thins body just astringency and citric bitterness, even urine notes.

bottled, i can’t remember whether to thank mowbeer or bartlebier for bringing this one from breisgau so i’ll just thank both of them. anyways, pale golden with a faint ’naturtrueb’ haze; some soggy weetbix in the aroma; lightly grassy. very german, which is never a bad thing

330ml bottle [local-local trade with bartlebier, thanks for that]. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Aroma has a protein touch, hints of lemon, sweet-ish grainy background. Taste is slightly grainy, hints of protein, cautiously lemony, minimally grassy hoppy overtones, subtle pale malty sweetness. Decent. This grain-protein-yeast-lemon composition taken as a whole has resemblance to the baseline of some Belgian Saisons, though being very typical still hard to define for me, a somehow brine induced vegetable something. Definitely natural, uncontrolled and positively grungy.

30/V/14 - 33cl swing top bottle from a trade @ home - BB: 28/I/15 (2014-575) Thanks to Bartlebier for the trade!

Little cloudy blond beer, small fizzy aery white head, dissipates immediately, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of hay, cow fodder, bit sweet, malty, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, little fruity, grassy hops, some grains. Aftertaste: bitter, grains, German impression, bit of citrus, grassy touch. Decent, yet not my favourite style of beer.
