Clear light medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is light moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, thin, metalic, butterscotch - cake, malty. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20110913]

Bottle. Sweet barley malt and grass aroma. Clear golden yellow color with moderate head. and mild effervescence. Sweet grainy malt and moderately bitter hay/quinine flavor. Pretty good - on the hoppier side.

Draught. Pale gold with a thin head. Bitter acidic aroma. Bitter taste with some notes of lemon. Thin feel with an ok aftertaste

Creamy and adherent head, good duration. Golden, shining yellow color, optimal bubbly aspect. Aroma of cereals, herbaceous. Taste Much bitterish tasste, stinging, metallic, refreshing, full and many pleasant final.

Bottle, 4.9%. Rough and sewery aroma. Clear yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour starts off citric, has a faint hint of butter. A little rag and citrus in the finish.

Draught: Poured a golden color with white head. The aroma is a mix between grain and hops. Taste is grainy metallic hops.

Golden with an OK head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavour is refreshing with a dry, slightly citrussy bitterness, that would have benefited from a bit of malty sweetness as counterweight.

Bottle. Pours a pale, yellowish body with a medium sized white head. Fruity start on the nose, with pale malts, and some hops giving it a resiny touch. Nice hoppy flavor, without being very bitter, and it is also malty and slightly grainy. Medium body. Quite long finish, bitter and slightly fruity. A decent pilsner, even though it’s brewed with hop extract. (071215)
