Hazy copper body with foamy stable white head. Very nice sweet hop aroma, pine apple, spruce, bit of caramel and a clear, cheesy yeast base. Great refreshing mouth filling aroma. Very well done. Solid amount of bitterness, a quite fruity bitterness if that makes sense. Clearly a well hopped, well made and very fresh IPA, but with attention to detail; not just masses of ingredients thrown together. Like it a lot. (75cl bottle, traded with Brandon, thanks!)

courtesy of Laurent Mousson - hazy dark blond beer with a persistent foam left; beautiful lacework; very aromatic hoppiness with notes of litchies and caramel; creamy mouthfeel, medium to full-bodied; fairly bitter and quite dry; long aromatic fruity hoppy finish with hints of grass and peaches - very nice

Bottle 33cl from Mondial de la biere (with name La Frappiste). A yellow beer with huge head. Nose is fully on hops, grassy, resin and fresh luppuline. Aroma is very nice, not too malty so hops bouquet can give its best, nice resin and grassy notes even with toasted hints herbal bitterness, light citrus notes, impressive grassy finish, lovely.

(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Saint-Gilles, Brussels, 18 July 2012) Hazy amber colour with lasting, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of citrus, toast and spicy, citric hops. Malty, fruity taste with orange, apricots, toast, chewy malt and a refreshing citric bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Excellent balance between fresh, fruity hops and a solid malt profile. Tasty and very nice.

330ml bottle from La Cave à Bulle as Frappadingue..
Appearance : Slightly hazy orange with medium foamy and creamy head. Long head retention, lots of lacing.
Aroma : Resinous and floral hops with sharp citrusy notes. Vibrant aroma with notes of pine. Light notes of passion fruits.
Taste : Very resinous and piny. Light fruits. Resinous finish with pine and fruits. Light malt and very light caramel. Fairly bitter.
Palate : Nice carbonation.
Overall : Nice IPA. A bit too resinous to be quaffable for me.. still fairly drinkable. Not as elegant as Thiriez Blonde I had just before but still very well made.

2012-11-12, draught at La Fine Mousse, Paris, 7-4-7-5-15=38
Cloudy light amber color, small head. Very nice aroma of fruity hops, tropical. Malt flavor, with light residual sweetness that well blends with the extremely fruity hopping, yellow fruits, some jam; good bitterness level, without being excessive.
Very fresh feelings.

2012-09-15, bottle from Bière Revolution, 7-4-7-4-15=37
Cloudy amber color with creamy head. Nice hop aroma, but mild. Smooth mouthfeel; good caramel flavor, and good hopping, enough resins, but not much fruits, some bitter oranges, long final.
I prefer IPAs with more tropical character and fresher, but this is very good nevertheless.

Angenehm hopfiger Beginn, der auch durch seine Bananigkeit gefällt. Rund, vollmundiger werdend. Spritzig, blumiges Finish mit abgestimmter, lang nachhallender Bitterkeit. Gut! 11/12/11/12//12
