Bottled, from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Hazy golden, rich head. Distinct spicy coriander aroma. Mid sweet with light body and spritzy mouthfeel. Citrus mixes and aniseed and coriander. Soapy finish with low bitterness. The lively carbonation and clashing flavours makes it less attractive.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2013 Hazy light golden body and thin grey head. Lemon, anise, herbal, medium malts. Medicinal taste, anise and ginger while the malt base is light. Interesting brew. I usually don?t like these spiced beers but it is well made and works well with the low carbonation and light malts. Still won?t be a fan of these type of beers though. Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Heavy thyme aroma - that’s it. Medium body, lowish carbonation, a little sweet fruitiness and again massive thyme notes. Absolutely no traces of the Citra hops though. 071112

Hazy pale blond color with minimal head. Unexpectedly it doesn’t have arom aof Citra, instead there is a clear aroma of sage, maybe rosemary, followed by some malt and very light yeast. Light mouthfeel, also quite dry; it doesn’t have much malt flavor, this allows to the delicate herbal touch to express itself without being too much oppressive. The bitterness level is moderate.
Quite strange beer; not totally bad, but difficult to get back to again.
