Bottled at La Fine Mousse, Paris. Black with beige head. Spicy coffee aroma. Dry and slim with clean mouthfeel. Coffee and slight metal. Low bitterness.

33cl bottle, BB 06/03/2014.

2012-11-12, draught at La Fine Mousse, Paris, 7-4-6-2-12=31
Black color, small head. Nice delicate aroma of roasted malt, some quality coffee. The mouthfeel is dry but quite round; strong flavor of roasted malt, too much accent on the burnt coffee character, leading to a final also dominated by this burnt feeling. Monodimensional.

2012-11-06, bottle at La Fine Mousse, Paris, bb 06/03/14, 6-4-6-3-12=31
Black color, small head. Mild aroma of roasted malt, with some coffee. Dry mouthfeel, heavily roasted malt, ashes, coffee, hint of liquorice.
Correctly brewed, but monodimensional.
