3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle 33cl, a cloudu copper amber beer with medium head. Nose is hopy and spicy on anise and mint. Aroma is again very spicy, paradise seeds, mint, ginger, peppery hops, bitter hops, near to UK traditional ale. Bit too spicy, light caramel touch, carared notes, dry, yeast like.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris
Hazy golden-amber color with creamy head. The aroma is mild, herbal, spicy, light frankincense. Smooth mouthfeel; some malt flavor, and quite strong herbal presence, spices, some mint, sage and rosemary.
I’m not a lover of herbal beers, but honestly this is correctly brewed.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Small darkish white head and an orange deep dark golden colour. noses floral, wet grass and faint of curry/curcuma. Light carbonation on the tongue, medium-full body. Thin and slick texture. Light sweet and notches of spices to it. The finish builds a watery mouth feel which fades into a revitalising medium bit sweet well balanced light oily lasting finish. Pretty good beer!

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Murky light brown body with frothy off white lace. Bready base, rough yeast profile, sticky apricots cheap cookies and overall a bit dimmed and dusty. Full yet underdeveloped body leaving a dry yeast feeling in the mouth, unfortunately. Amateurish feeling to it. Sweet start, never convinces. Definitely not as good as the other offerings from this brewery. (33cl bottle from Bière Révolution)
