COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Here’s a celebration of hops in its’ freshest form. In 1 day we picked a ridiculous amount of "wet" hops & added them to the kettle! Thanks & congrats to all 3 Maritime fields: Ross Farm Museum, Meander River Farm & Happy Hopyard (NB).

Pours a slightly cloudy copper with a thin but persistent head. Sweaty, earthy hop aroma - almost like peat moss. Wonderful floral flavour - I’m getting plenty of jasmine off this - with a light malty sweetness, and almost a milkiness. Decent carbonation and an almost creamy body. This is actually quite lovely - I could drink much more of it...

Bof...

A bit heavy and oily but it is quite unique. In a lot of ways it’s typical but there is something about it that really stands out - it’s the citrus/spice it’s intense without being overbearing.

Earthy citrus skins and plasticky fruit aroma. Clear, orange body with a big long-lasting foamy off-white head. Light grainy bitter hops flavour has a little citrusy pip and floral wheat. Medium body. Good, drinkable.

500ml bottle from the brewery. Pours a golden orange with a fluffy head and some lacing. Grassy aroma with a hint of citrus. Light and crisp with some hoppiness and mild bitterness.

Pours a hazy gold-amber colour with large initial white head slowly shrinking to a light white covering. Aromas of fresh vegetable like hops, Light citrus and sweet light malts. Flavour is upfront hop bitterness but has a distinct freshness to it which reminds me of vegetables following is a sweet malty profile that is well balanced. Nice take on an american strong ale.

Pours a murky golden amber with a big off white head that leaves a good amount of lace. Smell is of sweet toffee, citrus and fresh vegetables. Taste is fresh vegetables and citrus. The malts and hops balance really well in this beer not leaving it too hoppy or too malty.

500ml bottle from my brother who purchased it at the brewery on a trip where he was surfing in halifax in october. hazed orange. lasting off white head. muted fruity malt aroma, not really hoppy. the flavour is spicey and earthy, the body is quite full. the finish is long butnot overly bitter. an odd duck, but still pretty good.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a small off-white head. Interesting and unusual sweet bubblegum aroma. Medium body, a lightly sweet fresh fruitiness and a late, dry hoppiness. The fresh hops seem to add a pleasant spicy edge if not exactly overly aromatic or bitter. 061112

Orangish color with an almost white head. Sweet hops and fruit aroma. Sweet taste, nicely hopped, some fruit and pine flavours.
