COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light amber in colour and crisp in body, "Blackberry Wheat Ale" perfectly balances refreshment with natural fruit flavouring.

Thanks to my dad for sharing this bottle. The beer pours an orange color with a white head. The aroma is full of blackberry with quite a bit of toffee in there as well. The flavor follows suit. I get a heavy dose of blackberry as well as some toffee and wheat notes. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Not bad at all. Nice wheat start. Blackberry very faint In the background. Maybe a bit candy-ish, but still pleasant. Medium carbonation and very light in the mouth. Pleasant summer beer.

355ml bottle. Pours clear. Pretty much the colour of honey, with an off-white head. Aromas of caramel malt, sugar syrup, and perfumy artificial fruits. Taste wise, the wheat is upfront, with some slight sweetness to counter the bitterness, and again the fruit flavour comes across more as a perfumy additive, than actual fruit flavour. Some cereal notes in the finish.

341ml bottle from private order. Pours deep golden in colour, small white head, which dissappears quickly. Not much aroma here, but a mild blackberry taste here. Meh.

Bottle, purchased fresh from the brewery. Blonde in collie, with lots cndyish blackberry and tart wheat on the nose. Tart berry fruit on the palate, but unfortunately with a fake candy quality (Rockets). Just okay.

341ml bottle. Pretty good as far as berry beers go. Garrison managed to get the flavour and sweetness of the blackberries without their weird, back of the mouth unpleasant bitterness, so good work on that. The berries are built onto a pretty solid wheat beer, which is a better choice than a light lager to go with berry.

Very nice fruit beer with a subtle complexity that is best paired with a bbqd burger of epic proportions.

Pours a clear golden color with good carbonation and a medium white head that fizzles away fast. Aroma of berries wheat and a bit of malt. Taste is a bit carbonated which fits the style pretty well. Dry and thirst quencher. Very good on a sunny afternoon

[3365-20100828] 341mL bottle. Fragrant floral potpourri aroma with blackberry plastic notes. Clear, bright medium orange body with a medium-lasting white head. Fruity grainy yeast throughout flavour with a grainy bread aftertaste. Medium body. Starts smelling funny after warming up a bit.
