Crisp and lightly malted, this Golden Wheat Ale is distinguished by its natural raspberry flavour. A one of a kind taste unlike most traditional beers, this unique and refreshing brew is only available during the summer.

Bottle shared with northropfrye. Golden peach colour, quite pretty. The raspberry hits right away. Finishes floral. It tastes more like it than it smells, which is very different.

Light orange body, white frothy head, not much retention. Initial tangy whiff of raspberry that quickly fades. Taste is malty with a touch of sweet raspberry, and a watery finish. Not such an interesting beer, but I actually don’t mind this one.

Transparent orange, yellow. Quickly dissipating head. Wheat, honey, and artificial raspberry aroma, although rather mild. Thin. Malt, honey, artificial raspberry. Mildly hoppy and dry finish. Tastes akin to a pale lager with raspberry candies. Not very good, but tolerable.

Pours clear medium gold with a short off-white head diminishing rapidly to nothing, no lacing. (3/5) Nose is artificial raspberry syrup, light wheat, faint grassy hops. (4/10) Taste is mild sweet, mild bitter. (3/10) Light body, low sustained carbonation. (3/5) Maybe an OK thirst quencher on a hot day. …Then again, maybe not, given the fairly fake raspberry aftertaste. This is getting down into mediocre macrobrew territory - don’t bother. (7/20)

Poured from a bottle. Strong raspberry aroma. Pours a clear pale golden, with white head. Has a very light sour taste. Light body, oily texture, with lively carbonation, and a slightly astringent finish. Not bad, but definitely a summer brew, as in it would be good on a hot day.

Very clear fizzy, dark gold colour. Artificial raspberry aroma like Swedish Berries candy. That really dominates, but there’s a little wheat in there somewhere. Taste is more of that raspberry. Feel is light, which is probably the best thing about the beer.

Draft at Atlantic Beer Festival Moncton. Crystal clear golden yellow color, white head. Aroma of subtle raspberry bubblegum. Taste is bittersweet berries and straw.

A decent raspberry, not too intense sweet fruit like many other raspberry beers. Pours an ugly clear yellow. Smells just like raspberry cheesecake. Tastes real, not like concentrate, but more juice than beer. Could use more alcohol. Slightly sour finish, but good. Had in the bottle at the brewery.

She best be a scorcher for this beer. Pretty one dimensional and not a great dimension either. It does leave a nice real raspberry aftertaste but there is just something about it actually going down that is mildly unpleasant. Smells of honey, wheat and razzies, quite sweet and mildly bitter. A pale orange, lightly headed and soft carbonated quaff perhaps better when mixed with their Nut Brown.

The beer pours an orange color with a white head. I get a lot of artificial raspberry, as well as some grain and wheat notes. Thin mouth feel and high carbonation like a soda pop.
