Cask at Smithfield Hotel, Manchester. A hazy light amber beer with no head. The aroma has strong notes of clorine and vegetables. The flavor has notes of boiled vegetables, clorine, and burnt rubber on top of some malt and caramel - a sligthly acidic burn on the tongue. I wonder if it is a sister brewery to Samsø?

Cask @ Smithfield Hotel, Manchester M4. Pours a slightly hazy copper color with a very small head. Fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty weak caramel flavor. Has a watery mouthfeel. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Light unclear light to medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, chlor, burnt rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20090122]
