Feb 4, 2006 Noted some sourness in the flavor as well. A drinkable Dunkel, a beautiful looking dark brown. Some roastiness.

Jan 30, 2006 on tap-pours a light tan head. Color is brown with red tint. Aroma is dark fruit with sourness. Taste is sour, vinegar, dark fruit.

Jan 17, 2006 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy deep amber/ murky brown with a modest head but fades fast. Aroma is spicy with clove phenols and light on the banana esters. Light wheat flavor with some caramel, light chocolate hints and some nutty roastiness. Very light in the bitterness- finishes sweet but nice.
