COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is an American Pale Ale, an adaptation of the original British style, but reflecting a penchant for slightly greater strength and more hops and also the different flavors and aromas of domestic malts, hops, yeasts, and water supplies. We use American Pale Ale & Vienna Malts and American Amarillo & Cascade Hops.

Growler from Gaslight in South Orange. I am a huge fan of the restaurant/brewery. Pretty good beer. Not very hoppy. I would expect a higher IBU for a beer of this caliber and name. Overall, i will drink again!

Had this on draft at the NJ brew fest. It had an average head on a dark yellow body with the smell of abundance hops. The beer is over the top with a heavy dose of hops. A definate full body beer. Not for the faint of hops!
