Bottle: hazy, amber coloured, huge stable tanned head, more caramelly-sweetish than wheaty-sourish nose; moderate sweet and slightly sourish flavour, quite soft and nearly medium bodied; mainly sweetish-caramelly finish with yeasty-wheaty counterpart, some bitter-toasty traces detectable. (bottle) Hazy, dark amber to brown colour with a tall and tanned foamy head. Mildly toasted malty and slightly nutty aroma with wheaty accents, banana and a light clovy touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively, even a bit sharp carbonation. Slightly toasted malty and pronounced wheaty taste with a delicate fruit-character of barriers; mildly sweet and slightly bitter finish with very light fruity notes, accompanied by clovy spices. Still a decent Dunkelweizen. 15.XI.11
