Unclear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, citrus, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet, light to moderate acidic and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (050908)

UPDATED: JUN 12, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful fully golden beer, quite sparkingly carbonated and very limited head. Yeast sediment in the bottle. Very fruity aroma, and the fruit -citrus?- is also in the flavour, which is fresh and very "summerly". Only slight bitterness and the sweetness is discreet as well. Very harmonic beer. 130804

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a diminishing white head. Dry brettish and mild yeasty. Mild fruity touch to a mild caramel malty sweetness and light fruity touch. Light yeasty to a mild dry brettish finish. Acidic into the far finish. Smooth and light acidic.

Bottled. Hazy ambery orange colour with small white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast as well as some hints of herbs and some vegetables. Flavour is fruity, caramel malty and some herbal notes. Also the alcohol shows a bit once it warms up a bit.

Bottled. Cloudy mustard yellow. Soft, dry malt is the foundation. In a distance very light notes of vinegar lurks. The malt structure is complex and backed by some light hoppiness. An enjoyable subtle and complex beer.

Bottle. OK bready aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Very small white head. Fruity flavour, slightly sweet with a hint of bread. Pleasant carbonation and quite drinkable. Full mouthfeel.

Hazy yellow with medium white head. Sourish aroma that is clearly infected. Sour flavour with woody and sourish berries.

33cl bottle @ Delices et Caprices, Brussels. Pours a unclear orange with a small white foamy head. Dust, yeast, sour, fruit. Sour dry end. Not very pleasant and slightly infected!

(330ml bottle) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of mustiness, lemon, grass, light soap, and some herbs. Flavor of hops (grass, lemon, floral) and yeast with a light metallic finish.
