3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Brown; yeasty, spicy aroma with sweet malt, brown bread; taste is more of the same, on the sweet side, perhaps some treacle; I found myself enjoying this, although I did fall asleep whilst drinking it! Woke up wanting more; writing up these notes two weeks after the event I vaguely recall it reminding me of alchoholic cola, which would be a concept Iíd definitely support.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours dark amber, but for a beer that is actually called í brown í as the name, this is too light .
Small white head
Smell is a bit sweet...
Taste is very thin, metallic , sugary but not too sweet, and so unintence .. Medicinal ...

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
33cl bottle @ home. Clear sort of dimmed, matt red color, small off-white to beige head that diminishes fairly quickly. Smell sourness, green apple, sour fruits. Tastes almost the same: sourness, sour fruits, some sugar and a bit weird. Like Blondje this is just not what I like or itís a bad bottle.
