Not sure why this is called Burned Brown, it states on the bottle "Traditional high fermented beer with burned malts", but I don’t get the roast malts, and the colour is fairly light. That said, this is still a very enjoyable beer, if a little on the sweet side for my taste. Overall, I would certainly have this beer again, but wouldn’t go to any great lengths to get hold of it.

Gusher.. Pours hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, dried fruits, caramel and alcohol. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long warm and dried fruity finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Brown body, almost headless, not pretty. Sweet malts, barley wine like dry fruit, roasted bit not thick, not smoked. Simpler taste, soft bitterness only, mostly sweet malts and a bit too sticky. Too sugary for me, even though it packs a lot of flavour. (33cl bottle at Nüetnigenough)
