A - Golden and slightly hazy. It had a pretty thin head that was gone all too quickly. S - Sour, with a bit of barnyard funk , citrus and green apples. T - Mildly sour, unripe green apples, bit of the barnyard, but not as funky or sour as it smelled. Nothing too complex but very refreshing and tasty. Very clean and dry aftertaste that kept the palette refreshed and ready for more. M - This, to me, is where the beer takes off! Low carbonation (for a Belgian). Super smooth, and has that blood like consistency that you find in a very nice red wine or port. This was completely unexpected but very welcomed!

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a light yellow color with a white head. The aroma has some tart lemons in it, as well as some biscuit and bread malt and a little bit of sugar. The flavor is similar, with a little bit of tartness from the lemons, as well as some yeast, wheat and bread notes. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Cloudy amber beer. Crisp semi dry palate. Tart malt with well balanced orange and lemon. A little spice and the malt turns creamy. Seltzer like effervescence in the finish. Refreshing.
