<b>Bottle 33cl.</b>
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, barnyard, cheese notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081004]

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with some sediment floating around under a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and fruit. And the flavor is sweet malty with notes of fruit.

UPDATED: JUN 12, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Fully golden with yeast sediment in the bottle. Not a lot of head. A bit sour aroma, and the sourness is also apparent in the flavor. Has a weird tang of.. yeah well! Sweetness and not a lot of bitterness. But sour! 140804

33 cL bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours slight cloudy and yellow to orange with a fully gone head. Spiced and estery aroma. Orange fruity to citric flavoured with a mild yeasty note. Mild melllow and fruity yeasty finish.

Bottle at home. Cloudy golden coloured with a huge white head. Fruity aroma with notes of caramel and spices. Fruity flavour of spices with notes of caramel. Spicy finish. Very belgian.

Bottle, 8%. Good bready and slightly citric aroma. Citric flavour, seems a little infected. The bottom of the bottle is very muddy orange. Thick flowing. Huge difference between the first and last pour. Softer flavour with the sediment, less citric and more rounded.

Clear golden with a large white head. Sour aroma with brett and hints of lacto. Sourish flavour with lacto, lemons and brett notes. Sourish and dry finish.

(33cl bottle) Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow body with a spare white head. Aroma of lemon, soap, and herbs. Flavor of soap, sour dough bread, caramel, grass, earth, and lemon.

Bottle at the brewery. Clear gold, thin off white head. Dusty spice aroma, spicy in mouth. Cloves. Not a great beer. Spice is too much, not over the top, but just not good.

Pours muddy pale yellow with a small, frothy, white head. Aroma has some astringent tartness, sourish orange peel, mild maltiness. High carbonation, light palate, slightly creamy. Flavour is fairly fresh, mild tartness, lightly vinious, a bit of maltiness, light bitter grassy finish. Okay.
