3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
11.2 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. Pours a hazy light straw color with a thin white head of foam. Aroma is lightly floral, estery, and somewhat bretty. Taste has a light, fizzy tartness, somewhat like orval. There’s some sweetness to even things out. I really enjoyed this beer. I could see myself getting it again.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from 330 ml bottle after cellaring for 9 months.
Cloudy bright amber with a lot of sediment, both suspended and collected at the bottom. The bottle erupted foam immediately and continued to spew until poured into a glass. Once in the glass, it yielded a 2-finger creamy-yellow head and fairly good lacing.
Aroma of lemon, apple cider, yeast, light bread and sour grapes.
Taste of yeast, spice, sour light fruit, cherry, grapes, pears and apple cider just when it's started to turn.
Light/medium body and high/medium carbonization.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A hazy, lively strong blond ale with sweetness getting checked by an acidic tang. Very interesting and leaving me to fervently hope that they did it like that on purpose. Nose of honey, lemon and not-quite-ripe pineapple. Acidity leaves it dangerous and drinkable at that absurd strength.

Thx! to Kraddel / Dylan - the F*cking $hole, deranged whaler and possible child rappist - he keeps telling me only dead children because they fight back less. As for the beer it is sort of like him but better. 01/2010 Vintage. Bright golden with brief white head. Chemical bright citrus, articial citrus things, citrus flavoured kids medicine, light sour & touch hops, quite nasty frankly, touch vegetables. Sour lemon and malt taste, touch yeast, sour lemon, celary, vegetable, light bitter esters, sour & eggs. Bit flatter, like all beers from this brewery, not quite intentional, meh.
