Flaske: Orangebrun mudret udseende øl. Duften er sur gær, hvilket ikke lover godt for smagen. Absolut ikke inficeret, bare den sure karklud som smagen også er domineret af. Bliver hurtig klæg i munden og i det hele taget ikke den store nydelse.

Draught. Low fluffy off-white quickly disappearing head. Clear golden body. Malty caramel aroma and flavor. Very sweet, too sweet. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2012. Pours clear amber with a small white head. Yeast, dark malts, sugar , caramel and a whiff of alcohol.

Bottle.Dark amber colour with large white head.Aroma is sweet of berries and carmel and yeast,medium body and malty warming mouthfeels and mild tosted sweet finish.

Flöska. Cloudy red-orange brown colour with a beige big creamy head, lasting good, leaving a good lacing. Pleasant sweet aroma of well toasted caramel and malt with some dark fruit spice. Good mouthfeel. Sweet dark malty caramel spiced fruity flavour with mild tones of chocolate towards the finish. The bitterness is pleasant, medium. Sweet spiced malty finish with alcohol.

Bottle at Valhal, Frederikssund. Unclear yellow colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of caramel, spice, fruit and malt.

Bottle at Valhal 2012. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma medium malty (caramel, dark sugar, chocolate). Flavor medium sweet. Medium+ body. Good brew.

Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, brew - malt extract, moderate yeasty, fruity, belgium yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, extract, riped fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111031]
