4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
fairly rich with a little butterscotch, clean and complex flavor of pear and golden plum with moderate thyme and oregano. I think. Sage. Bog Myrtle??? Oh I dunno, sorta spicy. Very nice beer, am definitely gonna get more...

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
33cl bottle from Liberty, served in a chalice. Pours a cloudy orange-red with a tiny beige head. Aroma: Yeast, malt, grapes, leaves, hints of lemon. Palate: Thick bodied, fizzy, foamy, long finish. Taste: sweet start, quickly turns bitter. Small hint of a spicy burnt feeling in the finish. It’s okay.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
The malts in this beer give it an aroma and flavor of dark red fruits. Sweet and flavorful.

Complex medicinal aroma, some peat?!? some wood... finish has hints of candy... simple sweet taste, quite bland... it lacks body though, pretty watery...

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Very aromatic, floral/hops mainly, but some skunkiness/alcohol at the end. Cloudy amber body with a nice big head. I generally agree with other raters’ comments, nice mouthfeel, but too much bite on the aftertaste.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Subtle blend of caramel, tart cherries, and some spices, this is far too easy to drink. That 8.5% is completely hidden, making it even more dangerous. Not the most intricate beer in the world, but well crafted and extremely enjoyable.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
33cL bottle. Golden amber color with nice, lasting head. The aroma is incredible with pear and strawberry and a touch of sweetness. The flavor is crisp and the yeast provides a very fresh and dry sensation. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste that is an interesting balance to the profile. Similar to a Belgian blonde ale. Great beer.
