| 1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | Jul 15, 2006 Bottle. A yellow coloured pour with no head. A musty aroma. The finish has a strong alcohol burn which covers any taste there may be. Perhaps a hint of honey there? I couldn’t really tell. ThomasE (5178), Copenhagen, Denmark

| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jun 14, 2006 (Bottle 33 cl) Pilsener golden with a small, white head. Chemical aroma with the alcohol shining through. Medium body with sweet malts and most likely beefed up with brewing syrup as well. But extremely alcoholic, way more than what the body can hold. 110606 joergen (8523), Frederiksberg, Denmark

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 29, 2006 Golden color with thin white head that instantly vanishes.Sweet aroma with a bit of fruit and noticeable alcohol. Flavor is sweet with lots of alcohol and some roasted malt character. Warming. One dimensional but fairly drinkable for such a noticeable amount of alcohol. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 24, 2006 Pours a pale clear golden with a thin wispy small-bubbled white head. Slightly skunked toasty caramel sweet, noble hoppy aroma. Body starts with some sweet residual light caramel maltiness thinning toward a fairly warming finish. Definitely needs some more balance and less skunky character, but it’s not that bad. SilkTork (4170), Rochester, Kent, England

No food as the chef was ill, but the beer list included several strong lagers. This was the first. Sweet. Plastic. Some wet nappy. Some tingly fizz. Served cold. An ok, basic strong lager. Made more pleasurable by the occasion and the location. [2.4]
Oct, 2008 Reward after the Marseille-Cassis half marathon. Cereal and tin. Strong lager. Assertive forced carbonation. Warm alcohol in the belly. Not offensive. Plastic coating. It’ll get you high. [2.2]
