Hairofthedog (419), San Diego, California, USA Jan 9, 2005 This beer poured a golden orange w/ yellow hues, very slight head and okay lacing... Flowers and citrus w/ slight soury fruit and alcohol sweetness on the nose... a caramel/raisin note, hints of soury fermented fruit and citrus, but the alcohol flavor takes away from all of the other flavors that try to peek through. The mouthfeel was creamy w/ slight aggressive tanginess and light bodied. Dorqui (1353), Brescia, Italy Nov 22, 2004 Clear and little fizzy. Fine foam and escaping. Excessive alcoholic degree. A lot canted and too much strongly. mjg74 (1995), La Mesa, California, USA Nov 22, 2004 Looks like a typical golden color beer. Aroma is mostly grain and alcohol. Tastes pretty strong. Like a bad lager with vodka added or something. ogivlado (3036), Zagreb, Croatia Nov 10, 2004 Bottled(250ml). -very good brew, pale golden coloured, little white head, tasty and drinkable for 12%ABV, nice hop touches mixed with strong alcohol scent, surprisingly good strong alcohol finish Doggythedog (1541), Split, Croatia Nov 7, 2004 I was expecting this to be yet another foul french brew, and the the reviews didn’t make me more optimistic about it... Looks like a regular lager, even nice for a lager, pretty golden colour, white quickly diminishing head, nice lacing. Smells fruity, couldn’t place it at first, but plum might be it. Tastes suprisingly smooth for such a beer, the alcohol is evident but not overbearing, a bit sweet, but not too much. Not really good, but not really bad. kayrus (8), Italy does not count Sep 5, 2004 This is my favourite Gayant’s beers. Yes, alcohol is too evident, but it’s quite good. kendog (16), whittier, California, USA Aug 24, 2004 Not even worth waisting my time with a description, your better off drinking Bud Lite AleDrinker (1090), Sunnyvale, California, USA Aug 22, 2004 Pours pale yellow, no head, mild carbonation. Light aroma of sweet malt. Taste is cloyingly sweet and alcoholic. Tastes like corn syrup and alcohol... No Thank You.
