Gayant Bière du Démon

Yeah, I was hoping with a 12% beer it would have more flavor, but it was just sweet syrup with alcohol. Blah, stay away. It did jump kick the day walking around in Italy though.

Pessima strong lager (e davvero strong, 12°...) francese che in Italia, soprattutto al sud, ha un successo straordinario (misteri della distribuzione); bottiglietta ad Assisi di cui buona parte è finita nelle piante, tuttavia devo ammettere che c’è di molto peggio nel genere anche in obbrobri meno vistosamente sbagliati.

Bottle. Weak malt aroma. Golden yellow colour with white head. sweet flavour of malt and alcohol.

Picked this up at a random grocery store near the piazza del popolo in Rome for about 2.5 euro. Poured a clear pee yellow with bubbly quickly dissapating white head. Aroma sweet syrupy malt and alcohol, some cider essence to it. Flavor very very sweet, sickingly so, then lots of warming alcohol with a burning dry finish. Gets better as you drink more, but not good by any means. Bum beer.

Courtesy of madmitch76. This stuff pours out clear gold with thin off white head. The aroma is iced imperial pilsner like and heading toward not much more than metal and booze. The taste is sickeningly sweet moving and into metal shavings. The taste is surprisingly not that boozy though. So there’s that.

Bottle, poured a golden pilsner color with a small white head. Nose is alcohol and metallic. Thin body with decent carbonation. Flavor is alcohol, sugar, and cardboard. Finishes sweet with lots more alcohol. Tastes like bad homebrew.

Poured gold. Nose was boozey fruitiness. Flavor was hot alcohol, some malt and some more alcohol. Thin beer. Pretty shitty.

Clear yellow colour with a thin white lace. Fruity aroma. Vodka like almost. Oak and earth in the flavour. Thin body but serves up a punch to the face at the end. Not sure how it does it.
