Well, it doesn’t look too good - a bit flat with no head. The aroma meanwhile consists mainly of alcohol. The flavour is also one of, erm, alcohol. Alcohol it is, then!

Clear yellow colour. Malty and a little sweet.

Perhaps I am one of the few that really like this beer. Malty and sweet, I like this one more than the typical American malt beverage. A 12% ABV kick just adds to the excitement. A ’must’ try.

What a truly shocking beer! The aroma can easily lead one to say without pause ’Grain Belt’ or even ’Budweiser’. Only as it warms do you get subtleties like gunpowder and alcohol - yes, it is 12%! However the true character of the beer is an American Standard on steroids. Points for being crisp and dry at such a high ABV (yeah, no candi sugar!)

Like a Bud with a shot of Canadian Whiskey. Doesn’t deserve its cool package.

I imagine carbonated paint thinner would approximate this brew.

’La biere blonde la plus forte de monde’. Holy crap! Looks like a pilsner, smells like 94 octane and tasted like a blonde version of Nyquil. A friend brought this back from France and said ’this is the strongest beer in the world and you most likely will not be able to handle it.’. Agreed, but I will use it to strip the paint in my bathroom. Nice bottle though. Zeus?

This was just too strong. It was more like having hard a liquer drink than a beer.

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2008 Bottle@Home. Overripe apple aroma. Yellow color, off-white head, fair lace. Very sweet, apple, light bitter, full. Alcohol present bu not overwhelming. Not bad, drinkable, but nothing special or to get excited about.
