fonefan (10868), VestJylland, Denmark Aug 20, 2007 Bottle @ Chris o shindig 2007. Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, heavy sugar and alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is moderate to heavy alcoholic. ChristianScheffel (4431), Odense, Denmark Aug 20, 2007 Yellow with a small white head. Light hoppy aroma with plenty of alcohol showing. Sweet flavour with some pepper and again lots of alcohol. oh6gdx (8802), Vasa, Finland Aug 19, 2007 Bottled. Golden colour, mediumized white head. Aroma is alcohol and hops. Flavour is alcohol mixed with slight malts and hops. Really an alcohol bomb. OOOF! MiP (8793), Sønderborg, Denmark Jul 22, 2007 Bottle, 12%. Fruity aroma, only slightly peppery. Seemingly clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is quite fruity and finishes very alcoholic. Also quite sweet. Like a mixture of barley wine and European strong lager. Quite alcoholic, should probably be drunk quite cold. pivo (2535), Germany Jul 14, 2007 Slightly yeasty nose, clear color pale amber, sticky head. Sweet candi sugar tastes. Burns on the way down. jalichio999 (502), Brazil Jul 1, 2007 Updated: Jul 29, 2008Garrafa. Tomada em Volterra, na Itália. Puro álcool tanto no aroma quanto no sabor. Quase nem parece cerveja. Sua nota é razoável pelos 12% de álcool, que representa certo arrojo para esse tipo de cerveja. janubio (157), Spain Jun 19, 2007 33 cl. bottle. Pours a small white head that fades in the blink of an eye. Clear golden color, more standard for a lager than forthis kind of beer.
Smell, where’s the smell? Apart of detergents with pine or lemon or whater aroma they had, nothing. Flavor, only alcohol. Mouth is again alcohol, though I can even notice something hot, kind of pepper. And that’s all. It’s not the worst beer I’ve had, but I find it just artificial and not much interesting, unless you want to get drunk quickly, and even if that’s the case, I wouldn’t take more than one or two before going to a lighter one.
