Aroma of alcohol and grains, taste of alcohol and more alcohol. Decent head though. Way too alcoholic; sure it’s marketed as that, but this isn’t the way to do it.

Die Schaumkrone hält mittelmäßig, seltsamer Typ auf dem Etikett. Geschmacklich ist es: trocken-süß, malzig, nur leicht alkoholisch. Der Nachgeschmack ist süß-alkoholisch. Fazit: Zu süß(herb)-alkoholisch, wenn man vorher nichts anderes getrunken hat kann mans trinken, aber wenn schon dann wirds denke ich mal schwierig, da es ein ziemlich schweres und schwieriges Bier ist.

330ml bottle. Bright gold, with some white head, vanishing, no lacing. Taste is alcohol, then alcohol and finish with more alcohol.... Not balanced at all, i did not enjoy it.

December 2008: 33cl Brown bottle, well in date. Poured into a Duvel glass.
Looked fine, clear, bright and golden. A foaming white head sat proudly on top at first, it fell away to a scummy wisp after a few minutes though.
Heady lager aroma, alcohol and hay smells dominate.
The taste wasn’t anything but alcohol, I had to eat something after three sips, or I’d have fallen over.
Very little body or richness, no depth, just alcohol.
If I had no tastebuds and wanted to get drunk I still wouldn’t choose this beer. The headache it would surely produce could be really heavy, a real cracker. I am also positive there would be Demons in your nighmares.

12% gold colour with practically no head, sweet floral aroma, fizzy sweet alcohol taste, not the best beer in the world but the strongest I have had to date.

Bottle 33 cl, Carrefour Lyon. Pours clear golden with a good white head leaving laces. Aroma is malty, grainy, hay, sweet, alcohol and fruity. Flavor is sweet fruity in front, alcohol and malts in the middle with more fruits, bitterness builds up towards the end. Finishes sweet bitter and with a warming alcohol sensation.

Bottle. Golden, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sweet aroma, caramel with some fruitiness, alcohol. Body is medium, malty and sweet flavor, caramel with faint fruitiness and alcohol. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, some sharp metal with some caramel, lots of alcohol. Sweet strong lager with lots of alcohol - not really enjoyable.
