33cl bottle, 7.2%, 0.70€. Yellow beer with a fine white head quickly reducing to a decent lace, some particles. Alost oderless. Moderate sweet malts, lots of grains, salt, alcohol and some grassy hops. Sweet tastw and moderate bitterness bite in the short finish. Texture tend to be oily, medium body, average carbonation. Straight forward strong lager, nothing interesting.

Bottle. Golden, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty and sweet aroma, caramel and light alcohol. Body is medium, malty and sweet flavor, caramel and some alcohol. Finish is short to average, malty and sweetish, some caramel and light alcohol. Sweet strong lager with caramel - that’s it.

Bouteille 330ml, dégustée au Bistro des Bières Belges à Saint-Hubert. De couleur dorée-jaune et claire. Nez de grains de malt pâle sucrés, léger de houblon herbeux avec des notes fruitées (agrumes), de pain et d’alcool. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture aux notes crémeuses et sirupeuses. Petites notes fruitées (agrumes) accompagné de traces de miel lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute très rapidement un goût de grains de malt pâle sucrés et des notes de pain. Parallèlement, l’on retrouve une légère amertume asséchante de houblon herbeux avec un léger goût d’alcool doux jusqu’en finale. Post-goût moyen aux notes sèches, léger-moyen amer de houblon herbeux et d’alcool doux avec des traces de fruits (zest d’agrumes). (printemps 2007)

Bottle in Athens. Gold with bright head. Corny and hoppy nose. Taste is sweet and malty. Hoppy texture. Quite nice.

Bottled, 330ml from Bellingers Garage, Grove, Oxon. Pale gold with white head, heavy carbonation. Wet cardboard aroma and taste initially, leading to a lemony alcohol flavour, a touch stewed in the malt rather than crisp. Borderline stuff.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Supposedly a strong ale? Very smooth, slightly creamy and sweet. Very very drinkable.

Pours pale golden with a firm, staying, creamy, white head. Sweet sticky aroma, sugary, maize, light citric. High, prickly carbonation, watery and thin. Flavour is sweet, again sticky. Sugar, maize, brewing cereal. Mild, sharpish citric bite. Not good.
