3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 drowland (3570) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JAN 15, 2010
11.2oz bottle (2009) into a tulip. The pour is cloudy (like I don’t have my glasses on) orange with a full 3-finger white head. The aroma is funky and spicy with a hint of skunk in there as well. The flavor is malty and sweet with pineapple and tangerine, with some yeasty funk and a dash of skunkiness.

Bottle. Blonde and clear with a medium head. Some bitterness with a trace of acidity. Left lots of lacing. I am a fan of this style but this is far from the best that I have tried.
3.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 lithilorn (235) - Covilhã, PORTUGAL - JAN 1, 2010

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 dj (438) - Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 4, 2009
Bottle, 330ml. A golden colour with a medium-sized white head. A sweet, hoppy aroma. Flavour is kinda hoppy, with some honey and yeast notes. Not bad, but I was expecting much more flavour from a beer with such high ABV. This is however the best French beer I’ve had, mostly because the others I’ve tried have been barely drinkable.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 Parket (521) - Bruges, BELGIUM - NOV 29, 2009
75cl bottle, bought in a supermarket in Arles, France. Golden colour with lacing white head. Smell: very yeast! Taste: fruity, alcohol, yeasty and a bit grainy. Not much but I’ve had worse French beers.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 wimpie133 (380) - Brugge, BELGIUM - NOV 27, 2009
Bottle, 75 cl, shared with friends. Yellow, hazy beer with medium white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light skunky. Taste is sweet and fruity, also malty undertone. Not that much taste in a rather boring beer.
3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 drpimento (1695) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 26, 2009
Pretty good beer! Poured with a nice foamy, frothy, white head and a little lace. Color is a clear yellow. Aroma is earthy, yeasty, minerals, not cloying at all. Flavor’s where it’s really good. Spicy, malty, a bit tart sharp, and understated. Enticing without being overdone. Great body and carbonation. Clean and fresh. Very good finish. Slight hint of alcohol. Definitely a session beer.
