Floral yet medicinal aroma. Quite sweet on the tongue followed by some raw alcohol flavour and a slightly bitter finish.

Corked and caged 750 for $3.99. Yeasty lemoncit nose, a little farmhouse wood. Lots of malt. Clear golden pour with minimal carbonation and a tall, creamy, long-lasting, lacing white head that jiggles like jello. Bitter, lightly grainy, largely malty taste with above mentioned notes and creamy vanilla, muddled spices, and a little funk. Love the weighty, clean phenols. Medium-fullish body is heavy but smooth, seems to have some white grape and honey spritzes. Balanced and super fun for the discounted price.

Nice light tasting biere de garde. No funkiness or other traits some have. Bit fruity all around.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a one finger thick and slight off-white head. Dry phenolic and malty aroma. Yeast phenols give a light bite in the nose. Sweet malty and distinct yeasty with a light fruity estery note. Lasting fruity and caramelish impression into the finish. Gradually declining sweetness.
