Spicy, sweet and a bit hoppy aroma. Deep golden amber, creamy head which dissipates too fast. Sweet malt flavors. Light body yet warming.

wet hay and lemon in the nose of a very pale gold, clear bodied beer with a thin ring of white fiz on the edge of the glass. a straw like flavor with some spices and sweet lemon. i thought the abv was strong, but i couldnt nail down if it was the spices or the alcohol that i was noting. a lite, easy to drink beer with a very dry finish.

Bottle: Light golden, very slight haze, moderate sudsy white head, spotty lacing.   Cidery nose, much the same on the tongue.   Tart finish, soft cidery aspects that don’t make this seem much like beer.   Medium body and mouthfeel.   Finish has an even stronger cidery aspect.   Not as interesting, nor spicey, as I had hoped.   Thanks Sean for sharing!

This beer has a goldenyellow body - hue apperance and a coarse white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had a lot of carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is spicy.

Bottle. Golden yellow, small white head. Muted hop aroma, some honey? Herbal spciery hops throught the flavour with muted malt. Average palate. Decent but fails to catch my attention.
