Commercial Description: Lager with the taste which is characterized by an environment whose
aromatic smoothness resides in the use of the finest hops of Bavaria
and Alsace.
Light hop aroma, bit skunky or lactic, no malt. Medium yellow clear with small white lacing head. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Starts with medium acidity and light bitterness. Good hop flavor, no malt character. Finishes with light bitter and carbonic burn. Mild, light chalky after.
