[1037-20080112] 500mL (c/o mds, w/ him, garthicus, HogTownHarry, jerc, Radek Kliber). Weird lemon-scented ground meat and hay aroma. Clear, golden yellow body with a quick foamy white head. Mostly lemon-lime flavour with a sweet yeast background. Light body. Poor but limey.
Overheard: "It’s sad... I could drink this but it’s not beer."

Can (500ml). Shared with garthicus, jerc, mabel, Radek Kliber and mds - courtesy of mds. Pours like clear apple juice, slightly oily, light yellow, small white head. Smells like weak tequila, sugar, paper and alcohol - sweet and tangy. Tastes like a tequiza - sweet acidic lemon/lime, mildly boozy, with a peppery sweet finish. Stinging mouthfeel, quick dry sweet finish - it would make a pleasant patio cooler, as long as you didn’t call it a beer - apart from some vague papery graininess, bears no resemblance to a beer.

Can 500ml
Appearance: Golden, medium carbonation, minimal weak fizz on top.
Nose : Artificial lime, celery coated with white sugar 3-
Flavor/Palate : Lime sweetener with tart soda character. Plain, thin grainy backing, twist shandy like despite that it is 95 % beer. Fair for what it is.p2-

Can. Golden yellow body with a small white head. Sweet lozenge like lemon aroma with rough underlying grains. Similar flavour has sweet candyish lemon, light tequila and grain undertones. Average to thin palate. Not nearly as awful as it could have been.

Can- you know what? This is pretty okay! Golden colour, High carbonation a bit of a 7up arma but with a nice pepper tequila flavour, not too bad at all

Bottle. Golden body with good carbonation and a nice white foamy head. Its malty/hoppy aroma carries interesting lemon notes, but also some light skunky ones, due to the clear glass bottle. Taste and finish are a way too much lemony. At least, this is a refreshing thirst quencher.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2006 Is not really an Ale, is a furit beer. But anyway, it was really nasty, I do not know what is the deal about trying to immitate the Mexican style, this is the third one I have found, so far.

This beer has a goldenyellow body - hue apperance and a coarse white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had a lot of carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is lemon.
