Recognisably cider, but a bit of a bland sweet non-event. All a bit lowest common denominator, but I couldn’t find anything to get stirred about

50cl bottle thanks to Tom. Pours a light amber/golden with some very gentle bubbles. The nose has an elsusive but very delicate apple smell. The taste has over-ripe soft apples. The palate has a good structure, a thick texture and a clean, dry finish. Overall, another good cider!

Bottle, bought @ Budgens, Belsize Park, London.
Pours clear golden with a small, fizzy, off-white head. Disappears rather fast. Aroma has fine green apple, light zesty with a bit of dryness. Medium to high carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, has green apples aplenty, light sugary and some floral notes. Rather elegant and drinkable cider.

Bottle from Budgens. Faint sweaty aroma with a little sweetness. A little sourness in the taste and rather less dryness. Lots of fizz.. I used the other half to cook pork chops with sage and apples, which were quite good.

Clear medium to dark orange yellow color with a small small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apple, sour apple, food apples, overriped apple, light vinegar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and vinegar acitic with a duration, dry. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20101106]

Bottle. Golden and orange, fairly still. Aromas are apple juice with some lemon notes. Favours are are sweet apple juice with plenty of citric sourness. Some musty notes with sherbet spritz. Some artificial sweetness towards the finish. Dry with some tartness on the finish. Not bad.
