This classic American I.P.A. is deep golden in color, and features true English hop characters, flavor and bitterness as a nod to its historic origins. Medium-bodied, with a slight malt character that complements the fruity esters, this ale finishes with a huge grapefruit nose and an intense cascade hop flavor in the traditional American style.

Stopped by this place at the recommendation of a local winery. Glad we did! Huge resin nose to this heavily hopped IPA. Nice and piney with little to no aromas of grapefruit skin or flowers. Immediate bite with up front bitterness that is mellowed with a mild, but uncloying, malt sweetness. For me, a little more of the fresh hop flavors and this would be a near perfect IPA. If you’re in the Seneca wine region you must stop by and have some beers here.
